Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your IbizaKisses pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note that refunds are only issued in the case of faulty or damaged items. If your item arrives defective, please email us at support@ibizakisses.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or accessories.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
